FD-61MN Miniature Tri-band Digital IP MESH Module for UAV Swarm and Robotics Fleet
Introduction
The FD-61MN is a miniature OEM tri-band Digital IP Mesh data transmission module designed for Drones, UAVs,UGVs, USVs, and other autonomous unmanned vehicles. This module enables seamless video and data streaming in a decentralized, "infrastructureless" network, utilizing three selectable frequency bands: 800MHz, 1.4GHz, and 2.4GHz. It integrates automatic frequency hopping (FHSS) and adaptive modulation for enhanced performance in complex RF environments.
Self-Forming and Self-Healing Mesh Network: Automatically adapts as nodes join or leave, maintaining continuous connectivity even if some nodes are lost.
Anti-Jamming Technology: Uses adaptive coding and modulation to adjust to changing signal conditions, minimizing jitter and ensuring stable data transmission.
Long-Range Communication:
NLOS (Non-Line-of-Sight) range: 1-3 km for unmanned ground vehicles.
Air-to-Ground range: Up to 10 km for UAVs.
Multiple Communication Ports:
Ethernet ports for flexible data transmission.
UART ports for serial communication, allowing control of UAV/UGV fleets.
UAV Swarm and UGV Fleet Control: Supports precise control over multiple units through serial ports, using IP addresses and ports to manage control data.
Compact OEM Format: Bareboard design for easy integration into robotic systems.
Wireless Video & Data Links: Provides high-definition video and data services for unmanned vehicles in tactical environments, such as security and defense operations.
Robotic Systems Integration: FD-61MN can be embedded into UAVs, UGVs, USVs, and other autonomous systems for real-time data streaming and control.
Multi-Robot Control: Enables precise telemetry and control of multiple UAVs or UGVs through IP-based communication.
Scalable Range: The range can be extended with additional booster amplifiers for larger deployments.
