600Mhz To 1.4GHz L Band And UHF Wireless Digital Data Link For Unmanned System
Introduction
New Dynamic Frequency Selection, Frequency Hopping & Independent Uplink/Downlink Frequency delivers robust interference and antijam immunity!
The miniature, lightweight and robust design allows the FD-780X to be an ideal candidate for size sensitive applications. The high speed, long range capabilities of the FD-780X allow for high quality wireless video and telemetry communications.
With Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) protocol FD-780X mesh unmanned systems employ a token-managed channel access system in which each network node is assigned a transmission slot. Based on network parameters and data traffic, tokens are passed from one node to another. As a result, if a node has more data to transmit, its time slots will be longer. The designated node in the path to the final destination can be a data endpoint or a repeater.
